Returns and Refunds

Physical Products:

  • You have 24hours from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Digital Products/Services:

  • Refunds for digital products or services are only issued under specific conditions, such as:

    • Technical issues that prevent use of the product/service and cannot be resolved.

    • Accidental duplicate purchases.

    • Failure to deliver the product or service as described.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or content once accessed

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
